Reading and search

Public guides can be read without an account. Search queries are sent to Immibot’s service to find content. Postcode lookup uses the Japan Post dataset stored by Immibot.

AI conversations

Questions and relevant conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer and search official sources. Do not submit passwords, identity numbers, children’s names or private documents. Provider response storage is disabled for these requests; provider operational retention may still apply.

Saved plans

Guest plans are stored in this browser. Signed-in plans and chat history are stored in Immibot’s Cloudflare database, separated by your account. Plans may contain the optional city, move date and children’s ages you supply. Clear your plan and personal details from My Japan Plan.

Sign-in and video services

Clerk provides account sign-in. YouTube players load only when you choose to play a video; YouTube then receives the information needed to serve that player.

Public visibility

Private plans and conversations are not public pages and are not included in the sitemap. Immibot does not currently accept document uploads.
